Terms of Service

Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial pieces, contact me on discord, there are additional fees for a license to commercial use of my work. Inform me before hand of what you plan to do with my work!

  • Examples of Personal Use include- Stream assets, Emotes, Profile pictures, profile banners, wallpapers for your digital desktop, etc.

  • Examples of Commercial Use include- Merch (putting my art on clothing, posters, charms, standees or any other physical type of merchandise) publishing said artwork in a physical or digital form. Using my work for advertisement (Such as posting my work to advertise a stream, product, website or anything that generates revenue) Basically using the work for profit or promotion of any kind without my permission.

  • If you have any questions about if something is personal use or commercial use with my work, feel free to contact me!

I have every right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • I will not draw real people! Only fictional characters!

  • I am not very skilled at drawing armor or gundam like robots!

  • Don't ask me for fetish based art!

  • Anything else is usually fair game.

I own ALL rights to my work. I am allowed to use commissions for my portfolio.
I am allowed to livestream the process of any commission and/or post any commission to my social media unless requested otherwise.I prefer visual references, providing nonvisual references may result in additional fees or me declining the commission. Visual references help me create the best work I can and allows me to avoid unnecessary mistakes!You may repost/share my artwork but please credit me by linking my twitter or tumblr, or if on twitter/tumblr, simply tagging me is enough!

Payment & Delivery

I ONLY TAKE PAYMENT AFTER I HAVE ACCEPTED/AGREED TO DO SAID COMMISSION DO NOT PAY ME IN ADVANCE
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

All payments are done through Stripe, however Paypal will be considered if more accessible to the customer. I will not start work on a commission until I am paid 50% upfront. Once I send the flat color or sketch (this depends on the type of commission) I’ll request the final half of the payment. At max, a commission can take up to 5 months. For commissions less than $50, I will not start work on them until I am paid in full upfront upon accepting the commission.Please be patient. You may ask for updates anytime (as long as it isn't multiple times a day)! I will provide progress images of the sketch and/or flat color (depending on the commission type) on my own! If I fail to do this do not be scared to request/remind me! Deadlines must be specified and put in place before payment or they will not be considered. Any changes to the requested commission must be communicated before the final piece is delivered.No physical product will be delivered, all commissions are delivered digitally through either discord or email, according to the client’s preference.

Things that you cannot do with my work!

  • You may NOT Sell/Resell/Exchange my art in any digital or physical, print, NFT or any other form or manner under any circumstances unless you have my written permission and have paid for the appropriate rights to do so.

  • You may NOT use my art in any published material, this includes material that is free or material that must be purchased in any digital or physical market place unless I have given permission and you have paid for the appropriate rights to do so.

  • You may NOT feed, upload, download or in any way or form involve and/or input my art into ANY type of Artificial Intelligent (AI) engine.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand and AGREE to the terms listed above!
